Section 27(ii) in Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Building Rules, 1972
(ii)I agree not to do any work otherwise than in accordance with the site and building plans and specifications which have been approved or in contravention of any of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 or any rule, bye-law, order or other declaration made thereunder or of any direction or requisition lawfully given or made under the said Act, rules or bye-laws.
