Section 320(3)(ii) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961

(ii)to assist any Municipal Officer or servant reasonably demanding his aid for the lawful exercise of any power vested in the Council or in any Municipal Officer or servant under this Act or any rule or bye-law made thereunder.
