(1)The case of each habitual offender shall be examined by the Classification Committee once in six months to evaluate his progress, and at the end of the year from the date of his admission to see if the prisoner has maintained good institutional discipline and has made further efforts for selfimprovement. The Committee in each case shall submit its report to the Inspector General through the Superintendent.
