Section 4(1) in The U.P. Homoeopathic Medical Colleges (Acquisition and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981
(1)On and from the appointed day, every Scheduled College shall be administered by the State Government in such manner, as the State Government may, from time to time, direct.
