Section 10(1) in Punjab Colonisation of Government Lands (Punjab) Act, 1912
(1)[State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may grant land in a colony to any person on such conditions as it thinks fit.
