(1)The compensation payable to the landowner and the intermediaries, if any, for the vesting of their right, title and interest in respect of a holdings in the Government under Section 72 shall be apportioned among the landowner and the intermediaries, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of Sub-sections (2) and (3).
