Section 46(1) in U.P. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001
(1)If the Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Sansthan proposes its dissolution in accordance with the law governing its constitution or incorporation, it shall give at least six months written notice to the State Government.
