9. Procedure after payment at the Bank.
(a)On receipt of the paid cheques from the Bank with the daily debit scroll the account shall be maintained with reference to the cheque and the cheques shall be sent to the Accountant General along with list of payment every month as in case of personal ledger accounts.(b)The paid-vouchers shall be entered in the Register of Monthly Disbursement maintained in the Treasury.
