Section 41(3)(b) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013

(b)all legal proceedings or remedies instituted or enforceable by or against the former Councils before the commencement of this Act may be continued or enforced, as the case may be, by or against the Council as established under this Act, or, until the Council is so established, by or against such officer or authority as the State Government may by order specify;
