Section 35(2) in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
(2)All functions of the [Governor] [Substituted for 'Sadar-i-Riyasat' by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.] except those under sections 36, 38 and 92 shall be exercised by him only on the advice of the Council of Ministers.
