Section 230A in The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888
230A. [ Owner of land to allow others to carry drains through the land. [This section was inserted by Bombay B of 1918, Section 6.]
- Every owner of land shall be bound to allow any person, in whose favour an order has been made under section 230, sub-section (1), to carry a drain into, through or under the land of such owner on such terms as may be prescribed in such order.]
