                          UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                             O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the record.

Issue notice.

The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.23,76,000/- (Rupees twenty three lacs seventy six thousand only) in the Registry of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner made a request that his client may be granted two months’ time to deposit the aforesaid Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by SATISH KUMAR YADAV Date: 2019.09.28 13:10:19 IST amount. We accordingly grant two months’ time to the petitioner to Reason:

deposit the aforesaid amount in the Registry of this Court.

The interim protection granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 16-09-2019 shall continue till such time.
The Registry is directed to deposit the above-mentioned amount in a short-term fixed deposit receipt in a nationalised bank, which shall be renewed from time to time.
If the petitioner fails to deposit the above-mentioned amount within the time stipulated hereinabove, the special leave petition stands dismissed without further reference to the Court.
