- Every [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] on exercising powers vested in it by Sections 351, 352, 353, 354 and 355 shall conform to the prescribed rules.Chapter-XXV Education
