. None for the Plaintiff. Even on the last occasion, i.e. 19 January 2021, none had appeared for the parties. Registry was directed to issue notice to the Plaintiff to apprise the Court about the status of the proceeding before BIFR in respect of the Defendant Company. A copy of the notice issued by the Prothonotary and Senior Master to the Plaintiff on 21 January 2021 is on record, though there is no indication as to whether this notice has been duly served on the Plaintiff. Anyway, with a view to give one last opportunity to the Plaintiff, the suit is stood over to 5 April 2021. In case there is no response from the Plaintiff, or no one appears on its behalf on the next date, the suit shall be dismissed for want of prosecution.
