Section 3(1) in New Mangalore Part Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation 2009
(1)The Stevedoring may cover the activities on board involving workmen, extending to hooking for export (loading) cargo and unhooking of import (unloading) cargo or whatever practice prevalent in port.
