(2)Where, in accordance with the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh State Government Servants Confirmation Rules, 1991, confirmation is not necessary, the order under sub-rule (3) of Rule 5 of these rules declaring that the person concerned has successfully completed the probation shall be deemed to be the order of confirmation.
