Section 1(3) in The M.P. Compulsory Registration of Marriages Rules, 2008
(3)These rules shall be applicable for the compulsory registration of marriages and do not override the previous rules or notification issued for registration of special marriages but do override the previous rules made under any other Act pertaining to registration of marriages.
