Section 47(1) in Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Act, 1994
(1)Every affiliated college shall furnish to the Registrar such reports, returns and other information, as the Syndicate after consulting the Academic Council may require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the college or institution.
