Section 27(1)(a) in The U.P. Godam Niyamavali, 1972

(a)every weigher, sampler or classifier, to whom a licence is granted under Section 25, shall maintain such books of accounts in such forms and in such manner as may be directed by the Licensing Authority from time to time in this respect.
