142. Correspondence of Deputy Inspectors with Presidents of Local Boards.
- These officers may correspond direct with Presidents of Local Boards on matters of a routine or statistical character relating to elementary schools. On all other matters, they should correspond through the District Educational Officers or the Basic Educational Officers, as the case may be.
