Section 6(1) in U.P. State Employment Guarantee Council Rules, 2019
(1)The State Council shall meet at least two times in a year or more frequently as it may consider necessary, at such place and at such time, as may be determined upon by the Chairperson:Provided that six months shall not intervene between two consecutive meetings of the State Council;
