Section 43 in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities Act, 2008
43. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises as to the constitution or reconstitution or appointment of any Authority or officer of the University or otherwise in first giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order do anything, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appears to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
