Section 21(2) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Reservation of Seats and Offices of Gram Panchayats, Mandal Parishads and Zilla Parishads) Rules, 2006
(2)For the purposes of reserving offices of Chairpersons for Backward Classes in respect of the State, the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj, shall determine 34% of the offices to the members belonging to Backward Classes.
