Section 29(c) in Himachal Pradesh Nurses Registration Act, 1977
(c)wilfully makes or causes to be made any falsification in any matter relating to the registers maintained or the certificates issued under the provisions of this Act; shall, on conviction by a magistrate of the first class, be punishable with fine which may extend to [twenty five thousand] [Substituted for the words 'three hundred' vide Act No. 32 of 2012.] rupees.
