Cr. Revisions No. 548 to 551 of 2022 and Cr.M.P. No. 1791 of 2023 By way of these revision criminal petitions, the petitioner(s)/accused has assailed the judgments passed by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 2, Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P., in criminal complaint case Nos. 208-III/15/2019, 209-III/15/2019, 210-III/16/2019 and 211-III/16/2019, all titled as Nandini Thapa vs. Ravinder Singh, which criminal cases stood disposed of by learned Trial Court by convicting and sentencing the present petitioner, vide judgment/order of sentence dated 22.06.2021/24.06.2021, as well as the judgments passed in appeals by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Kangra at Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. i.e. Criminal Appeals No. 11-D/X/2021, 12- D/X/2021, 13-D/X/2021 and 14-D/X/2021, all titled as Ravinder Singh vs. Nandini Thapa, vide which, the judgments passed by learned Trial Court were upheld by the learned Appellate Court and the appeals filed by the present petitioner against the judgment passed by learned Trial Court was dismissed.

2. When this case was taken up for consideration, the Court stands informed that now the matter stands amicably .

settled between the petitioner/accused and the respondent/ complainant. The petitioner as well as the respondent, are present in person in the Court and they have been duly identified by their respective Counsel. Their statements have been separately recorded wherein they have stated that now the matter stands settled between them and the terms of the settlement stand carved out in the compromise deeds, appended with Cr.M.P. No. 1791 of 2023, as Ext. A-1 and A-2, which has been handed over to the Court today itself. The compromise deeds have been duly signed by both the parties. The parties have submitted that the terms in which they have amicably settled their issues are jointly spelled out in settlement deeds Exhibits A-1 and A-2. Settlement deeds Ext. A-1 and A-2 are ordered to be taken on record, contents whereof will form part of the judgment.

In view of this, this application is allowed and these criminal petitions are disposed of by setting aside the judgments of conviction passed by Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 2, Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P., in criminal complaints case No. 208-III/15/2019, 209-III/15/2019, 210-III/16/2019 and 211-III/16/2019, all titled as Nandini ::: Downloaded on - 29/05/2023 20:35:24 :::CIS 4 Thapa vs. Ravinder Singh, as affirmed in appeal by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Kangra at Dharamshala, District .

Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. i.e. Criminal Appeals No. 11- D/X/2021, 12-D/X/2021, 13-D/X/2021 and 14-D/X/2021, all titled as Ravinder Singh vs. Nandini Thapa, by taking the factum of the matter having been amicably settled between the parties in terms of compromise deeds Ext. A-1 and A-2 on record, contents of which shall form part of the judgment. Copy of this judgment and Exts. A-1 and A-2, be placed on record of all the criminal revision petitions.

The petitions stand disposed of in above terms, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
