Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material on record.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking expeditious disposal of Civil Suit No.541 of 2009 (Smt. Shakuntala Devi and another Vs. Smt. Manju Devi and others), pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) District Gorakhpur.
A perusal of the order sheet shows that only issues have been framed and even the defence has not been led so far.
Considering the limited submission made by counsel for the petitioners, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) District Gorakhpur for expeditious disposal of the Civil Suit No.541 of 2009 (Smt. Shakuntala Devi and another Vs. Smt. Manju Devi and others).
The petition is disposed off in terms of the said direction.
