50. Annual Accounts and Audit.
(1)The Annual Statement of Accounts of the University shall, after examination by the Advisory Committee, be subjected to such audit as the State Government may direct.(2)Such Annual Statement of Accounts shall, together with the copies of the audit report thereon, be submitted to the State Government, and the State Government may, thereupon, take such action as it deems fit.
