Section 22 in The Punjab Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1953
22. Penalty.
- Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or any rules made thereunder shall, if no other penalty is otherwise provided in this Act for such contravention, be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or, if he has previously been convicted of an offence under this Act or any rule made thereunder, with fine which may extend to fifteen hundred rupees.
