Section 11(1) in The Chhattisgarh Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar University Act, 2004
(1)Kulpati shall be appointed by the Kuladhipati "under the doctrine of pleasure" after consultation with the State Government from a panel of not less than three distinguished persons in the field of Journalism recommended by the search committee constituted under sub-section (2) or sub-section (6) :Provided further if the person or persons approved by the Kuladhipati out of those recommended by the search committee are not willing to accept the appointment, the Kuladhipati may call for fresh recommendations from such search committee.
