Section 21(1) in Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Rules, 2013
(1)If in the Inquiry Report of Vigilance Cell, claims regarding social status of the Applicant has been reported as just and proper then there shall be no further action needed by the Scrutiny Committee and it shall intimate accordingly to the concerned Verification Committee or the State Government, as the case may be, and to the Applicant.
