Section 29B in Rules for the Grant of Recognition and Aid to Elementary Schools
29B.
No fees shall be levied from pupils belonging to the Scheduled Castes specified in Group I of Appendix 17-A of the Tamil Nadu Educational Rules irrespective of the income limits of their parents and they shall be allowed to retain the concession for a second year also in any one of the Standards from I to VIII.
