Thereafter, this miscellaneous application for soliciting the order of the Court in relation to the suitor fund amount lying with the Registry was listed on 03.05.2023 when the following order was passed:
“Learned counsel prays for some time to file an application with regard to suitor fund.
List the matter after ensuing summer vacation Needful be done in the meantime.” As the counsel for the parties has not filed any appropriate application for withdrawal of suitor fund amount, this miscellaneous application is again listed today for disbursal of the amount lying with the Registry.
In view of the above, miscellaneous application is disposed of with a direction that the suitor fund amount be released to the Signature Not Verified rightful claimant(s).Digitally signed by
