Section 43(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)If a elector, to whom a ballot paper has been issued, refuses to observe the procedure for voting, even after warning, the ballot paper issued shall be taken back from him whether he has recorded his vote thereon or not.
