Section 24(1) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders
(1)Subject to the exceptions set out in sub-rule (2) below, the charge for administering the oath to the deponent in the case of any affidavit in criminal cases shall be one rupee. This charge shall be paid by means of a court-fee stamp affixed to the affidavit.
