1. On 23.03.2021, we had passed the following order :-
"1. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09 th March, 2021, the learned APP has tendered across the bar, the report of the concerned police officer and accompanying documents (103) pages.
2. We have perused the said documents and the report of the Police Sub Inspector Police Station Chhavani, Aurangabad City, Shri D.U. Deshmukh.
3. The learned advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take instructions.
4. Stand over to 09th April, 2021."

2. Today, the learned prosecutor reiterates that the investigating agency has submitted the "A" summary report. On 09.03.2021, this Court had called upon the petitioner to make a statement as to whether, the ::: Uploaded on - 09/04/2021 ::: Downloaded on - 06/09/2021 05:25:41 ::: *2* 927cwp776o17 petitioner desires to file a protest application in the "A" summary report.

3. Today, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be entering a protest application in the "A" summary report.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Writ Petition is disposed off keeping open legal remedies available to the petitioner. In the event, the petitioner prefers a protest application/ say to the "A" summary report, the competent court would consider the same on it's own merits.

5. Since the learned advocate Ms.V.P. Narwade was appointed by this Court on 15.12.2020, we quantify her fees at Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) to be paid by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
