Section 10(1) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations, 2020
(1)The relative seniority of officers and employees appointed to any grade at the time of initial formation of the cadre shall be fixed by the Authority and unless decided otherwise on account of special reasons be governed by their relative seniority on the date of commencement of this regulation.
