Section 39(1) in The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Regulations, 2013
(1)The age of superannuation of the employees of the Institute other than teaching faculty shall be sixty years or as prescribed by the Central Government from time to time:Provided that the medical and scientific specialists may be granted extension in service, on a case to case basis, up to the age of sixty-two years in the case of persons who are exceptionally talented for reasons to be recorded in writing and subject to physical fitness and continuous efficiency of the person concerned.
