Section 6(vi) in The Bihar State Bar Council Advocates' (Welfare) Pension Scheme, 2008
(vi)To hold and conduct such enquiry as it deems necessary for disposal of such application relating to the affairs of Pension scheme and Council Fund and other connected matter thereto.
