45. Power of the Board to issue clarifications.
- In order to remove any difficulties in the application or interpretation of the provisions of these regulations, the Board may issue clarifications and guidelines in the form of circulars or issue separate circular or guidelines or framework for each category of foreign portfolio investors or designated depository participant.
