157. [ Imposition of collective fines under sub-section (1) of section 90
.-The collective fine imposed under sub-section (1) of section 90 shall not exceed the current official prices of the weapons or part of the weapon, the loss or their of which was reported upon by the Court of inquiry, or where more than one such weapon or parts of weapons were so reported upon, the aggregate of the current official prices of such weapons or parts of weapons.]
