3. By way of the present regular first appeals filed under section 96 read with Order XLI of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the appellants impugn judgment and decree dated 10.02.2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Tis Hazari District Courts, Delhi in suit bearing CS DJ No. 14127/2016.
4. Issue notice.
5. Mr. Relan accepts notice on behalf of the respondent in the appeals;
and opposes issuance of notice.
6. The court has briefly heard Mr. Kaushal Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, as well as Mr. Relan, who have given a fairly detailed overview of the matter.
7. It is stated that all the suits have been decreed for the relief of possession on applications filed under Order XII Rule 6 of the CPC.
8. In particular, Mr. Relan has drawn attention to paras 12 to 17 of the impugned judgement in RFA No. 492/2025, whereby the learned trial RFA 492/2025 & Conn Page 3 of 4 This is a digitally signed order.

It is stated that the learned trial court has dealt with the other suits also in a similar vein.
9. Upon a conspectus of the submissions made, this court is of the view that the matters are amenable to being disposed-of at the stage of issuance of notice itself. But, in the course of submissions, learned counsel for the appellants has relied upon certain documents, which are stated to have been part of the record before the learned trial court, which are not on the file in the present appeals.
10. Accordingly, let trial court records be requisitioned in electronic form in all the appeals; and copy of TCRs be supplied to counsel on request.
11. Let the needful be done within 02 weeks.
12. Re-notify for further consideration on 10th November 2025 in the 'Supplementary List' for the day.
13. In the meantime, learned counsel for the parties are directed to file brief synopses of their respective submissions, alongwith a list of judicial precedents they seek to rely upon, not exceeding 05 pages; with copies to the opposing counsel.
