All the five respondents have been served. None has filed the statement of case except respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5. It is otherwise no more a mandate after the amendment in the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 and in that circumstance, the List of dates already submitted is presumed to have been accepted.
Respondent No.4 has already chosen to not to appear, despite being served at SLP stage itself.
