Section 82 in Regulations Under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921
82. (a) For the payment of the contribution of the Government to the employee, the Manager shall send the bill duly prepared to the Inspector/Regional Inspectress within two months from the date of relieve of the employee.
(b)The Inspector/Regional Inspectress after due scrutiny shall forward the bill within a period of 15 days to the Accountant-General.Appeal
