(2)As laid in sub-section (4) of the Section 26 of the Act, the members of the Board (other than ex-officio members) nominated or elected as the case may be, shall, subject to the provisions of Section 55 of the Act, hold office for a term of three years. The term shall commence from the date on which their nomination or election is published in the "Chhattisgarh Gazette".
