Section 45(ii) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-In-Aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993
(ii)The teachers who attain the age of superannuation after 31st December, may be allowed extension by the Government upto the end of the academic session or 30th June whichever is earlier.
