Section 50 in THE DELHI SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIVERSITY ACT, 2019
50. Overriding effect:- The provisions of the Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances and the regulations made there
under shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent contained therewith in any other law or instrumenthaving the force of law for the time being in force.
