Section 654(iii) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(iii)Restaurant bar licence for retail vend of foreign liquor to the customers for consumption in the premises of restaurant not covered in category (i) or (ii), which is mainteined for supplying meals in European fashion. This licence shall be in Form F.L. 7.
