24. Mode of recovery of sums payable to Board.
- Any sum payable to the Board or into the Fund under this Act shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable on behalf of the Board as arrears of land revenue under the Goa, Daman and Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968 (9 of 1969).
