Section 20(1) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(1)Any candidate may withdraw his candidature by notice in writing signed by him and delivered at any time after the presentation of his nomination paper but not later than the time fixed for withdrawal under clause (e) of sub-rule (3) of rule 17. A notice of withdrawal of candidature once given shall be final.
