Section 30(1) in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
(1)All moneys received by the Council as fees and grants under this Act or otherwise shall be paid into a fund to be called "the West Bengal Veterinary Council Fund" which shall be under the management and control of the Council and shall he held and applied by the Council for the purposes of this Act in such manner as may be prescribed.
